XRBIA, a derivative of the word ‘ex·ur·bi·a’ means the region beyond the suburbs. This real estate brand is positioned to connote modernity and a new life.
Xrbia was launched for the first time in August as an idyllic country and the perfect destination for living. The "Visa on Arrival" campaign was launched on TV , print and the internet with a big bang and saw a huge rise of interest in the target markets.
Later we launched the "Buying a House Matters" campaign nationally via six 30-second TV commercials, Radio jingles and online PR. The campaign strongly focused on the benefits of homeownership and portrayed people from different walks of life, celebrating the joy of owning a house.
